Glad I heard this little tidbit of news on the Howard Stern show. Riley is one of the “wack-packers” frequently featured on Howard’s show. Riley also has his own show on Sirius focusing on extraterrestrials and whatnot and Riley’s own abductions at the hands of aliens. Should be pretty cool, and I have Tri-C student ID so it will be $15.

RIP Kurt Vonnegut Jr.

This is devastating news…I suppose the rational mind reasons, “Well, he was old and lived a full life.” But it’s hard to imagine such an iconoclast and important person removed from the scene. He was someone very special and the world will miss him dearly.

Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, will be on Conan O’Brien, Thursday, April 4th. Can’t stay up that late? Should be on the net within a day or two.

Actually, this appearance doesn’t really excite me. I saw them last year at Cleveland House of Blues and the show was mediocre. Architecture in Helsinki, one of the opening bands, was much better.
